After nearly a decade in sales, Shannon teamed up with family members to open and operate two thriving retail stores in California, where she played a key role in their growth and success for over six years. In 2019, driven by a desire to create new opportunities for their sons, Shannon and her husband made a bold cross-country move to the Tampa Bay area—alongside their now-teenage boys and their spirited Jack Russell Terrier.

Quickly falling in love with Florida’s vibrant lifestyle, welcoming community, and endless outdoor events, Shannon knew it was the perfect time to pursue her lifelong passion: real estate.
